Gratitude is like medicine. A medicine that doesn’t come in a bottle, that you can take with you because it’s accessible all the time. If you use gratitude intentionally, you can improve your well-being, your mood, and your health in general. In clinical studies, people feel better when they practice gratitude. Therefore, gratitude is a powerful tool for mental and physical health.
