Special guest speaker: Founding Rabbi Murray Silberling

Murray Silberling was the Senior Rabbi and founder of Emmaus Messianic Congregation, now Beit Tikvah Messianic Congregation.  He is also the founder and now Rabbi Emeritus of Beth Emunah Messianic Synagogue in Agoura Hills, CA. 

In his over forty years of ministry, he has successfully pioneered three different congregations and is a highly regarded leader and thinker.  He is fondly known throughout the Messianic Jewish movement as the "Dancing Rabbi," and is considered one of the foremost authorities on worship dance.  His numerous articles have appeared in various publications, and he is the author of the popular book, Dancing for Joy (available through Lederer Publications). His latest book is Seven-Year Covenant, a book on Marriage. 

A highly sought-after teacher, he speaks regularly at congregations and conferences around the world and works to encourage and build up other leaders.  He has led fourteen tours to Israel and is a strong supporter of the Jewish State.  He has served on various national and regional committees and has held numerous positions of leadership throughout the Messianic Jewish Movement.

Rabbi Murray is married to Dr. Rosanne Sigler Silberling, a retired dean of West Coast University and Nurse educator. She is presently on the Board of Directors at Beth Emunah Messianic Synagogue.  Murray has two sons, two stepdaughters and five grandchildren with one on the way in his beloved blended family.
