"And whoever welcomes one such child in My name, welcomes Me."
Matthew 18:2-13
What is Children's Education?
The Children's Education (CE) ministry at Beit Tikvah is designed to reinforce home-based, parent-centered discipleship by providing a fun and engaging environment for the next generation to know Yeshua through the Word of God. We do this through grade-specific classes, group teaching, music, games, and activities.
What can I expect on Shabbat?
Infants
Nursing mothers are invited to use the private Infant Care Room located at the back of the Sanctuary, equipped with one-way glass, changing station, comfy chairs, and engaging toys for little ones.
Audio is wired in from the Sanctuary, and the room is acoustically isolated.
Childcare
At our weekly Shabbat service, there is childcare for ages 5 and under for the entire service, starting at 10:30am.
Kindergarten - 6th Grade
We are firm supporters of families worshiping together. For kids in Kindergarten - 6th grade, we set aside a portion of the weekly service for children to participate and worship with their families, after which they are invited to their own "Kid's Kehilah" (Kid's Congregation) to receive teaching geared toward their age group.

In addition to our regular Shabbat children's ministry, Beit Tikvah provides "extracurricular" opportunities for kids of all grades and ages.
