The title is referring to Yeshua being our “Jubilee”. The Midrash basically addressed all of Chapter 25 of Leviticus and the year of Jubilee. Each item of the chapter was listed, followed by a verse from the Greek Scriptures that compares where we are today in relation to that item. It described Yeshua reading from the Torah at the synagogue in Nazareth, reading Isaiah 61:1, which alludes to the year of Jubilee. Yeshua stated, “Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing”. The remainder of the Midrash presents verses from the Greek Scriptures that show how Yeshua is our Jubilee and how the Jubilee applies to us. As well as showing a number of fifty year spans in the last century that affected Israel (some possibly being Jubilee years). Ending with, lift up our eyes, the time of His return is nearer than you think!
